How to Order

IMPORTANT (Please read before placing an order)

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.

Please check the measurement chart carefully.

Because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of 2~3cm

Return Policy

Because we act as middle man to our buyers and suppliers, we don't accept returns unless otherwise you agree to pay for the shipping cost to send the items back to our suppliers for return and exchange.

Order Instructions

1. Check the item description carefully prior to buying because our suppliers don't provide return policy.

2. When you already consider an item for buying, send an email to our customer service at chatygonline@yahoo.com providing the following:

a. item number/name
b. quantity
c. preferred payment option
d. full name
e. shipping address (including your postal code)

f. phone number

We will notify you through email confirming the availability of your order. If you will pay through paypal ( preferred) we will send you an invoice for the amount you need to pay.

3. You can pay through LBC, UnionBank deposit, BDO deposit and Paypal.

5. Allow us 3 to 6 days to prepare your items. We provide tracking numbers so you can check the development of your items online.

6. We will ship your items to the address you provided in your email or through text. Please make sure that the address is correct.

7. Wait for your item/s to arrive.
